Why the Tiny House Masterclass Intensive is more important than ever:
A lot is changing and quickly - it’s time to take some control. The housing market is shifting in ways that are leaving many folks uncertain about their future. Policy changes, interest rates and housing regulations are adding to the challenges faced by current and aspiring homeowners. This uncertainty highlights the need for a lighter, more nimble lifestyle, an opportunity the debt a long term mortgage isn’t able to offer.
Here’s what you need to know:
Inflated costs: The average price of a home continues to climb, continually and purposely putting traditional homeownership out of reach for many.
Rising Rent: Rental prices are at historic highs, making it increasing difficult to manage daily expenses, let alone save for the future.
Desire for Freedom: Folks are seeking alternatives to traditional housing and rightly so - options that provide flexibility, less responsibility, lower costs and a reduced environmental footprint.
Uncertainty: Change is happening quickly and so much of it is concerning, leaving many questioning the security of long-term mortgages and traditional paths to homeownership.
Now more than ever, finding accessible, affordable and sustainable housing solutions is critical. A tiny house isn’t just a home; it’s a movement for freedom, simplicity, ease and intentional living. The Tiny House Masterclass Intensive is designed to help you navigate these changes and start planning your tiny house journey, so you can take control of your housing future and gain the financial independence you desire.
About the Instructor
Jewel D. Pearson - Ms. Bohemian Soul™
After downsizing her homes and lifestyle over the course of 10 years, Jewel designed and built a beautiful tiny house that she calls home. Her home represents a desire that many have to reduce their ecological footprint and to focus more on practices of ease, less and sustainability. For Jewel, downsizing and building her tiny home also represented an opportunity for less responsibility after so much responsibility as a young, single mom.
Jewel is a dedicated and passionate 10+ year tiny house dweller, consultant, educator, facilitator and speaker with a deep commitment to equitable and affordable housing, sustainable living and community development. She is using her lived experience and expertise to educate and grow the tiny house movement from individual solutions into the building of communities that address collective needs.
