Retreat Participation Acknowledgment
By registering for the Soul Collective Retreat, I acknowledge that my participation in retreat activities is voluntary, involves ordinary risks, and is undertaken within my own limits. I understand that retreat activities are not medical, psychological, or other professional treatment.
I am responsible for determining my ability to participate safely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume the inherent risks of participation and release the retreat organizer, host, and facilitators from claims arising from those risks, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived.
If an emergency occurs, the retreat host may contact emergency services and my designated emergency contact. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical, transportation, or emergency-service costs.
By completing registration, I consent to being photographed, recorded, and included in the retreat livestream.
By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this acknowledgment.
